eStatements: The better way to get your account statement, for you and for the environment!
What Are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic copies of your account statements that you can view, search, save and print online! They're:
- Fast - eStatements are available online days sooner than paper statements arrive by mail.
- Convenient - eStatements are archived for more than 12 months! No need to file away paper statements; we store them for you online.
- Secure - Access your eStatements using a secure account log in. eStatements are not sent by e-mail or by paper to an unsecure mailbox.
- Environmentally Friendly - eStatements save paper, ultimately saving trees!

You will be able to view your statements online by the next business day after you enroll for eStatements. If you enroll for electronic statements on the last business day of a month, you can expect to receive a paper statement for that month.
Who is Eligible for eStatements?
All accounts are eligible for the eStatement Service.
How to Access eStatements
At the beginning of the month, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your eStatement is available. You may access your eStatements when you log in to your account using the Secure eBranch Online Banking log in area on the left menu of the NASA Federal site. Then, choose "eStatements" on the left menu of eBranch. Next, you will be taken to a screen that allows you to choose which account statement to view.
eStatements are generally available within 48 hours of the first day of the month. Using eStatements allows you to view your statement earlier than if you received a paper statement.
eStatement Archiving
eStatements are archived and available for 18 months. You can always contact the credit union to order a copy of a statement that is not available as an eStatement (fees may apply).
Saving and Printing eStatements
Your eStatement is presented in the Adobe Acrobat format. You have the opportunity to view, zoom in, zoom out, search, save, or print any your eStatements.
Viewing Multiple Account Statements
You can access any account statement that you are authorized to view, all from the same screen. To enable this ability, download this form, print it out, and return it to the credit union.
System Requirements
eStatements are available for all individual NASA Federal account holders. If you are already enrolled in eBranch, enroll for eStatements by logging in to your account using eBranch and choose "Sign up for eStatements" from the top of the Account Summary screen. If you are not already enrolled in eBranch, visit nasafcu.com/enroll to enroll today.
eStatements supports Netscape 4.7 and higher and Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher. You will need the Adobe Acrobat plug-in to view your eStatements. Download it free from Adobe.
Switching Statement Delivery Method
If you ever decide to switch from electronic statements back to paper statements, just log in to your account using the Secure Online Banking log in box in the left menu of the NASA Federal site. If you're enrolled in eBranch, after logging in, select "Account Services" from the Account Summary screen then choose "Change Statement Delivery Method" and make sure "Paper Statement" is selected. Select "Yes" to change the delivery method.
If you're signed up for eStatements without eBranch online banking, simply log in using the Secure eBranch Online Banking log in button in the left menu of the NASA Federal site. Then choose "Change Statement Delivery Method" from the Account Services menu. Then, select "Paper Statement" and select "Yes" to change the statement delivery menthod. It is just as easy to turn eStatements back on. Follow the same steps above, but make sure that "Electronic Statement" is checked instead of "Paper Statement".
